Not All Adventures Lead to the Beach

Not all of our adventures involve sand between our toes or the sound of waves crashing in the background.
Sometimes, the best road trips are the ones that lead us straight into the arms of the people we love most.
This weekend, that road took us to celebrate Maddox’s 5th birthday — and honestly, it might just be the best trip of the year so far. Seeing that big smile, hearing the laughter, and feeling the love that fills the room when family’s together… that’s the kind of adventure that fills your heart.
And before long, we’ll be doing it all over again for Brylee Ann’s 1st birthday.
Time’s flying faster than any road trip we’ve ever taken, and these little reminders make us pause to soak it all in.
The grandkids are growing, life is moving, and moments like these remind us just how short — and how sweet — this ride really is.
We’re blessed beyond measure to be able to celebrate another trip around the sun with the people who make it all worthwhile.
The adventures continue… even when they’re right here at home.
