Some Sundays just hit different.

We all rolled out of Belton, Kentucky together—two bikes, four people, and nowhere to be but on the road. It had been way too long since we’d seen Brad and Emily, and riding side by side just picks right back up where you left off.

We made our way down to Clarksville, Tennessee and pulled into Old Glory Distilling Co. for what we thought would be a late brunch… but it turned into a whole afternoon and evening.

And props to Old Glory—what an awesome place. The outdoor bar, plenty of seating, and those fire pits kicking on as the sun started to drop… it just kept getting better the longer we stayed.

Good food, great conversation, and the kind of laughs that only come from people who know you well. Before we knew it, daylight was gone and we were still standing there talking like we had all the time in the world.

Tonya and I needed that. Truth is, I think we all did.

Life gets busy, miles get between visits, but days like this remind you—it’s always worth making the ride.
